Hola!
We are Brendan and Wendy Roberts from New Zealand. We have lived in Mexico with our family since 2020, and have seen God's hand at work in amazing ways.
We've established the Olas Retreat, a place for missionaries and pastors from around the world to come and be refreshed and renewed in their service for God. We have also been pioneering YWAM Cabo and with our team will run the first DTS for YWAM Cabo in September.
The Vision Grows
With a miraculous gifting of land planned many years ago by our amazing God, we are super excited about the next step for YWAM Cabo.
We have stepped forward with faith and obedience to pioneer a YWAM base. Now we are running our first Discipleship Training School (DTS) in September 2025. with local outreach of Surf and Skate ministry, Holy Yoga, and more.

As we establish our team, we are looking for Jesus-loving people with skills, experience, and a heart to serve:

Pastoral people possibly trained in membercare or debriefing
Administration heroes
Digital marketing
Surf and Skate ministry leaders
Homes of Hope leadership
